Park Sojin Joining Lee Min-Ho, Kim Go-Eun in The King: Eternal Monarch

Park Sojin, better known as Sojin, of Kpop group Girl’s Day, will be joining the cast of the upcoming Korean series The King: Eternal Monarch.

On Friday, March 27th, it has been revealed that Sojin will be appearing in the upcoming drama led by Director Baek Sang-Hoon starring Lee Min-Ho and Kim Go-Eun. Director Sang-Hoon is known for the top-hit drama titled Descendants of the Sun, Goblin, Heirs, and more.

Sojin is not an amateur artist when it comes to dramas. She already appeared in three Korean dramas and a movie these past few years. Her last appearance was in Hot Stove League in 2019, playing the role of Kim Young-Chae.

The King: Eternal Monarch is a romance-fantasy drama about two parallel worlds. The door between the two worlds has been opened and in order to fight the evil, Emperor Lee Gon (Lee Min-Hon) and detective Jung Tae Eul (Kim Go-Eun) combined forces to close the doors between their worlds.

The King: Eternal Monarch is set to make its debut this April 2020. Check out the trailer below.
